This release features a few improvements over the previous version (0.4).

Changes:

• Formats toll free numbers or numbers with country codes
• Added a header to the output with the time, date, and nick/range
• Each line has trailing spacing characters to seperate number descriptions
• All output (file or screen) is handled by one function instead of two. It has been substantially cleaned and optimized
